        Ce premier lot consiste à mettre à disposition du patient une plateforme (web, mobile) permettant, entre autres, au patient de:

        — créer et mettre à jour son profil patient (données d"identité, pièces justificatives, ...)

        — prendre et modifier un rendez-vous

        — avoir de la visibilité sur ses rendez-vous (passés et futurs) au sein de la Fondation

        — obtenir et déposer des documents relatifs à sa venue au sein de la Fondation (Comptes-Rendus, Ordonnances, Factures, ...)

        — avoir un accès aux résultats de Laboratoire et Imagerie

        — pouvoir signer des documents

        — réserver des prestations hôtelières

        — interagir de manière bidirectionnelle avec le Ghpsj/Cmt sur ses venues passées ou futures (relance d"impayés, rappel de mise à jour de données du profil, préparation d"une venue, ...)

        — le portail Web intégrera un lien de redirection vers le site internet du GHPSJ, et inversement.
